Milwaukee, Wis.-based Web-telephony company HarQen announced that its VoiceScreener automated telephone-interviewing service has been rolled out to the company's e-commerce site. The Web launch follows the initial fall 2008 product introduction in beta form.

The Web availability allows a human resources professional or hiring manager to use a phone and Web-based dashboard to create and distribute custom, recorded phone interviews. Additionally, social-networking features give hiring managers the ability to gather internal feedback on interview responses and find candidates that match both the resume requirements and cultural fit of a position.

Cost starts at $99 per month, which allows a small to mid-size business to sign up online and immediately begin using VoiceScreener. An introductory plan allows hiring companies to interview up to 180 candidates over the course of a year. More information is available at www.voicescreener.com.
